Family Pictures {Thank you Tamara Sears!}

We got our family pics back from the photographer and I have been itching to share them with ya’ll!  In the month of September, out of all of my DIY posts, my new haircut got the most hits on my blog!  So I’m guessing that either that haircut was pretty freakin’ awesome or you like peeking into me personal life from time-to-time.

We used one of our new sponsors, Tamara Sears Photography, to take our family pictures.  And let me tell you, Tamara does NOT disappoint!  Her use if color, texture, and capturing real-life moments are what drew me to her in the first place.  She is so talented and it was such a pleasure to work with her!

Here are my faves from the photos. I am only sharing 15 photos, so consider yourself lucky, because it was tough to narrow them down!  Am I the only one who feels so much pressure picking out fam photo outfits to wear?  It’s such a commitment!  I got the inspiration for our outfits from this “pin” on Pinterest.

We met at the Farmer’s Market in Downtown OKC to take our pics.  (Totally Tamara’s idea.  I was skeptical, but I am so glad I trusted her recommendation.)  As soon as she started snapping pics, a gentleman riding a Harley pulled up and offered to let Axton take a few pics on his bike.  Isn’t that neat?  Look how happy he is!  He’s such a boy and loves motorcycles, firemen, trucks, and tractors.  This was a dream come true for him, since I am pretty sure I will never allow him to ride a motorcycle as long as he resides under my roof.

I really love this one… Even though my hair is getting scrunched, it just shows the love our little family has for each other.

Wheeeeeeee!

Isn’t that rusty old door in the background perfect?

She also snapped some new headshots for my blog.  I hate photos of myself, but it’s a necessary evil when you run a bloggy blog. And, I actually love them!

Hands down, my favorite of Axton. What a big boy he looks like here!

Love the turquoise door in the background.

How sweet is this one?  Ax loves his daddy and Scott is an awesome father.

Scott and I just celebrated our 5 year anniversary.  What better way to commemorate it by having these photos taken?

    Allison I love the pics! I would have to agree she did a great job. So glad Axton is doing well after his illness too! I know that must have been terrifying. I have a question about the upcoming trunk event in that if you are not bringing any items can you still come and shop? Darla
